Very happy with my experience at Paul Miller Honda!! David Garcia & Flavia Alarcon went out of their way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my new Honda CR-V and were able to find a way to get me everything that I wanted at a price that beat the competition. They worked with me to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford, which took a little more effort or time then the other dealership was willing to invest. I put off getting a new car longer than nessesary because I was dreading the negotiation based on previous experiences. Glad I went with a recommendation from a trusted family member. They were spot on! Great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership!!

Going into the dealership, we had a set idea of our budget and the type of vehicle that would be best suited for us. We were quickly greeted by Jose who walked us through every step of the process in detail and really listened to our needs and concerns. Not only did we have a wonderful experience, but we ended up getting a better car than we expected for less than we anticipated. Paul Miller Honda gets 0 stars. Went through the internet for pricing and finalized vehicle, VIN # and color at 8:03 p.m. Friday evening with Jennifer Dugan and George Nealis. Had appointment for 10:00 a.m. Saturday. Got to dealership at 10:03 a.m. and was shuffled around by the inventory manager until she found a sales rep, Justin Hinton, to close the deal. Requested to see vehicle before finalizing deal, Vehicle was not on lot and inventory manager was working on getting someone to bring it over. After 45 minutes, we were taken outside to a vehicle which turned out NOT to be the color that we requested or the matching VIN# that was online. When we chose the vehicle online, we chose the vehicle, options and VIN#. The female inventory manager, must have told us three times what colors were available and continually asked if we wanted one of those. Every time our answer was the same, NO, we wanted the VIN# that we chose online which indicated that there were four vehicle onsite with the same color and she claimed were not available.The inventory manager stated that the internet reps tell you about vehicles that are sold, available and those that are coming in and don’t realize we don’t have them available. Therefore, after an hour, we were told that the vehicle will be onsite between October 7th and 11th but unfortunately, she could not guarantee the same price anymore because that is only good till that day. She didn’t know what the price would be next week.When we returned home that evening, we went back on the internet, and lo and behold, those four vehicles available in the color we wanted remain on the website!!!Paul Miller Honda has become a BAIT and SWITCH dealership and unless they make good on this or if we don’t buy from someone else in the meantime, this rating will not be changed.

If you willing to buy car ,I highly recommend to get Jose he is the best sales man. He really help me out to get a car .He worked really hard for me just to make me happy. He is the best! Thank you Jose!
